Our Client is a well-known insurance company and now looking for Sales & Training Support Officer to join their crew:
- Assist the District Director to identify the training needs of sales platforms/partners/ product comparison and hence developing the training programs and roadmap in order to better equip the sales team.
- Design the training materials e.g. PowerPoint and conduct the training for target audience
- Organize the events/ workshops/ seminar
- Be responsible for providing wide varieties of top-notch secretarial and administrative support, together with a professional team, to the senior management
- University graduate in any discipline
- Minimum of 1 years relevant working experience in the insurance/ training/ sales industry
- Knowledge in insurance industry will be advantage
- Good sense in training course design, development and evaluation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
- Familiar with MS office e.g. PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good Command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediate available is preferred
- IANG Visa is also welcome
