Our client is a global business precious metal company (Fortune 500).
- Provide clerical support to Sales and Customer Service team such as preparing settlement documentation, checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Assist Sales team on general operations to help reach team's objectives such as account opening, maintaining account status and processing internal workflows
- Collaborative skills needed to liaise with various internal departments to ensure orders are handled properly
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, report processing, filing, and the like
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or related disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Good Command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player, able to prioritize workload and work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferred
