- Perform general reception duties
- Assist in office admin and human resources related works
- Responsible for reservation and maintenance of conference rooms
- Greet visitors and guests in professional manner and handle visitor registration record to ensure office security
- Perform general reception duties, including handling all incoming calls and mails, and dealing with courier matters
- Perform ad hoc assignments
- Higher diploma holder or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 year’s experience (Fresh Graduate is also welcomed)
- Good telephone manner
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication and organization skills
- Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
- Immediate availability is preferred
