Our client is a Japanese based Electronic Trading Company in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an energetic and responsible candidate to join their team.
- Responsible for general clerical and admin support to the office such as data entry, filing, office procurement, and handle the accounting issues (e.g. vouchers, cheques & invoice etc.)
- Assist in handling import & export documents and customs clearance
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties
- Form 5 / HKDSE graduate or above
- 1-year working experience. Fresh Graduate is also considered.
- Good computer skills in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Responsible, team player, energetic and attention to details
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
