Our Client is one of the world’s premier suppliers specializing in amenity kits, cosmetics, comfort items and tailor-made in-flight service concepts to the airline industry and it has forged over the past three decades within its sector.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

You will be working in a customer service team in order to drive projects and communication with our global sales organizations and airline customers. This person, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, must be detail-oriented, organized, responsible as well as proactive and solution-oriented in nature and has a positive outlook to participate in a dynamic young team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Effectively follow customer service process, providing quality and professional customer service to international clients
  • Work closely with the sales team and coordinate projects with procurement and development department
  • Improve overall customer service responding to customers’ inquiries timely and with high quality, prepare tender submissions, samples, presentations, calculations and quotations  
  • Proactively develop and manage project plans and provide regular updates to sales and Customer Service Manager
  • Issue sales orders, new orders follow up, monitor deliveries and forecasts
  • Follow up customer payments
  • Handle complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related disciplines
  • 3 to 5 years or above working experience in leading customer service or sales support for international trading organizations (Fresh graduates are welcome and considered as Junior position)
  • Outgoing and confident personality
  • Able to cope in a fast pace working environment, well-organized and have an effective time-management
  • Willing to learn and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Detail-oriented, problem solving, good interpersonal communication skills and a team player
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint
